GTM AI Coach
Multi-tenant GTM enablement platform built entirely on AWS. A 10-agent research pipeline produces branded sales documents from a prospect URL via Step Functions. 1:1 coaching with AI personas of McMahon, Musk, Bezos, and others; plus multi-persona roundtable debates. HITL editing, per-tenant Knowledge Bases, and a Telegram bot. Fully serverless: React, Amplify, Cognito, Lambda, DynamoDB, Bedrock with Claude, Terraform IaC.

Agentic Radio DJ
Themed radio shows programmed by an agent: an energy arc, real Spotify tracks, and DJ patter between them. Built on Vercel's Eve framework with AI Gateway and Spotify Connect playback.
SE Coaching Bot
A Slack assistant grounded in a coaching corpus, with async Lambdas and a security gateway. Four skills, plus an eval harness that grades freeform answers on coverage, traps and grounding.
FCA Complaints Bot
Imperial College capstone. Retrieval-augmented complaints handling over FCA regulatory text, with a chunking-strategy evaluation sitting behind the design choices rather than after them.
Commodity Briefing Agent
The same research agent built three ways: LangChain, Bedrock AgentCore and Vertex AI Agent Engine. A study in what turns out to be portable about agent design, and what does not.
Claude Toolkit
A reusable Claude Code setup extracted from a real project: skills, commands and a development process that holds up when applied to the next thing rather than only the one it came from.
There is more that did not make the grid: a RAG evaluation framework, an engineering agent that works from issue to pull request, and a training-content experiment built entirely with AI tooling. Each one is written up properly.
